Job Description

Position: Assistant Operations Officer

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Officer to support the day-to-day business operations of our online platform. This role involves coordinating operational tasks, assisting with logistics, monitoring processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •          Assist in managing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
  •          Coordinate with different teams, including customer service, logistics, and technical support, to streamline operations.
  •          Monitor order processing, inventory levels, and fulfillment timelines.
  •          Identify and resolve operational issues to improve workflow and productivity.
  •          Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and process improvement strategies.
  •          Support vendor and supplier coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
  •          Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  •          Assist in troubleshooting system or process-related issues and escalate them when needed.
  •          Contribute to the development of new operational strategies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  •          Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  •          Masters Degree is a plus as well.
  •          At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business administration.
  •          Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •          Ability to analyze data and generate insights for process improvement.
  •          Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational management tools.
  •          Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  •          Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
